stashbusting report

I finished the 36 stockings for NIN....all made from stash. I cut up 118 foundation squares for heartstring blocks. I did purchase two patterns by Sandy Gervais. The trees will be made with holly jolly fqs and the snowflakes will be made from white and blue stash fabric. Since the tree quilt will use up all my supply of holly jolly fabric, I ordered another collection from the Fatquarter shop.....lucky for me, it was on sale. I have two other patterns I want to make out of those fabrics for me. :) Although I did buy some fabric, I plan to use it when it arrives and not add it to my stash. I'm happy with my efforts for the week.

Great report! :) I wish you hadn't mentioned that Holly Jolly is on sale. That line has definitely become one of my favorites.

I love that "Tree's Up! Light's On!" pattern and have been so tempted to buy it but so far, I've not done it.

Lots and lots of fabulous stockings for others to enjoy! ((HUGS))!

I've seen that Trees pattern around for a couple of years. I've resisted it however this year I may have to order it - everyone is doing terrific versions of it. I have a Holly Jolly Jelly Roll and not sure what to make. LOL

Busy girl! You've gotten a lot done! Hey, I ordered those two patterns too--Sharon MADE ME DO IT! Along with about four others. Boy, am I a sucker, or what? Are you going to get those made for THIS Christmas? I'm sure I won't get mine done but they sure look like fun, don't they?

Yes, great job on the stockings! And that tree pattern, I couldn't live without it. Saw it on several blogs and went for it. Maybe for next Christmas.....sew many quilts, sew little time. Thanks for sharing it all!
